We have teamed up with Lloyd & Whyte to create our very own Edge Dental Plans. Lloyd & Whyte are a prestigious product provider to the health care sector and their dental insurance is endorsed by the British Dental Association.
Choosing the right payment plan for your dental care
Edge Dental offers our patients monthly payment plans that makes dental care both easy and affordable. Choose either the Edge Essentials Plan or the Edge Care Plan to suit your specific dental requirements.
We also offer an Edge Kids plan for under 18s as well as offering student discount on the Edge Essentials Plan for those patients in full time education.
Edge Essentials - allows you to budget for your necessary treatment such as examinations and scale and polishes. Anyone can join with immediate affect. You are entitled to 2 Exam/SP appointments per year as well as all necessary x-rays. You also benefit from up to 30% discount on all treatment, including cosmetic procedures such as tooth whitening or smilelign aligner treatments. This plan offers you a minimum saving of £82.60/year on your essential treatments compared to "pay as you go" patients.
Edge Care - is an all inclusive, budget plan for all your dental needs. The only thing you pay for is external laboratory bills, such as the cost of dentures or crowns, and you also benefit from up to 30% discount on any cosmetic procedures such as tooth whitening or smilelign aligner treatments. You must be dentally fit to qualify for this plan, and the price you pay will be determined by your dentist who will allocate you to a category from A to E, depending on the assesment of your dental health. Once you are on your plan you can relax knowing that the majority of your dental needs are covered saving you a considerable amount of money over time. Plan prices are inclusive of worldwide dental emergency cover (subject to Lloyd & Whyte's terms and conditions). The plans also work in conjunction with any existing dental health insurance schemes you may have such as Westfield Health.

Cancellations and missed appointment policy
We understand that there will be occasions when a booked appointment may need to be cancelled and to that end we offer our patients a very fair notice period of up to 24 hours prior to their appointment. If appointments are missed without any notice given, or if notice is given within the 24 hour period then a charge will be made relative to the time your treatment would have usually taken based on an hourly cost of £100 per hour.
